"Tenuta Rossetti" olive oil: 100% natural organic!

The Our olive oil is obtained exclusively from olives by mechanical means, without the addition of chemical additives that alter the natural taste and are harmful to the health of consumers. The analyzes on the product confirm it as a 100% natural organic product.

The process begins with the harvest, carried out using mechanical umbrellas positioned under the plant so as to avoid contact with the ground of the drupes, which, within 8 hours, are cold pressed, after suitable ventilation to remove dust, twigs and foliage. Any addition of chemical additives is precluded.

A n Evo oil is obtained only and exclusively from olives by mechanical procedures (Reg. CE 1019-2002) without the addition of chemical additives that alter the natural taste and are harmful to the health of consumers. The use of herbicides, pesticides and any chemical substance or derivatives is abolished, in order to obtain an Evo Bio oil with higher production costs and with organoleptic characteristics of rare excellence.

The extra virgin olive oil, healthy and digestible, has found wide use everywhere, replacing other condiments considered much heavier, such as butter, lard and lard, making us gain health and satisfaction of the palate. The olives used to produce our oil belong for the most part to the “FRANTOIO” and “LECCINO” varieties, and in a small percentage to the “PENDOLINO” and “MORAIOLO” varieties.
